Roxi products are handmade, implying a production and delivery time between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the volume of orders. Pens without a pattern, that contain only personalized engraving, are shipped quickly, within 1-2 business days.
In the unlikely event that the preparation process exceeds 5 business days, you will be contacted by our team to communicate the exact date of shipment.
On the day the package leaves our workshop, you will receive an automatic email with the attached invoice and AWB number for tracking the route directly on the courier's website.
Delivery options and times
Delivery services are provided through the Fan Courier / Sameday Courier network (including delivery to Sameday Easybox / Fanbox lockers) and other partner couriers. The shipping fee is calculated automatically and will be displayed separately in the order form.
From the moment the package is handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery time is 24-48 hours. We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies and cannot intervene directly in their logistical distribution process.
Payment methods
Payment for Roxi products can be made through the following methods:
Online with bank card: Secured through our partner processors: ING WebPay – using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Maestro cards; Apple Pay, Google Pay, Card by Stripe, Link by Stripe or PayPal in certain areas.
Cash on delivery: When the package is delivered by courier, only within Romania.
Payment Order (PO): Available upon request, by bank transfer.
Transactions are protected by the 3-D Secure security standard (developed by Visa and MasterCard).
This system guarantees that no information related to your card is transferred or stored on the servers of our Roxi.ro store, the data being entered directly into the secure systems of banking organizations.
Important to know: There is no additional fee charged for online card payments!
