Resignation of purchased products without invoking any reason, according to the distance selling law (Government Ordinance no. 34/2014)
If the product you ordered is not what you wanted, you can return it for an exchange or a refund of the product value (less shipping costs) within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving a reason and without penalties.
Returned products must be accompanied by the warranty certificate and receipt/invoice.
Cannot be returned:
•products ordered according to the customer's requests, products made to order that are not on the site or personalized by engraving/embossing cannot be returned. The categories of products that are excluded from the possibility of return are specified in Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 of 04.06.2014, article 16 point c. “They are exempt from the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 9-15 regarding distance contracts and contracts outside commercial premises …c) the supply of products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized.”
• products that no longer have the original packaging in which they were delivered;
• products that no longer have the warranty certificate and invoice/receipt
• damaged products that cannot be sold as new
