Any writing instrument purchased online or from partner stores benefits from a 1-year warranty for any problem, regardless of the reason.

The repair is performed only once for free, after the first free repair, repairs are charged.

For repairs requested within the first 14 days of purchase, the shipping cost is free, after the first 14 days of purchase, only the shipping cost for free repairs will be paid.

After 12 months from purchase, writing instruments can be repaired for a fee.

Product conformity guarantee

Products purchased from the website www.roxi.ro benefit from the standard European warranty of 24 months for individuals and 12 months for legal entities for problems caused by manufacturing defects and are not caused by incorrect use or mechanical actions of the user that damage the functionality or appearance of the product.

Engraved or custom-made writing instruments can be repaired but cannot be exchanged or returned.

Examples of repairs:

replacing a broken nib
porcelain model reconstruction
replacement of pearls, stones, other elements
replaced pen holder
ink tank replacement

Not included in the scope of service:

1. The pen no longer writes

When not used for more than 5 consecutive days, the ink in the pen can dry out. This problem can be easily solved by washing the pen with warm water and refilling it with ink, respectively changing the ink supply.

2.How do I fill the pen with ink?

Each pen can be refilled with ink using the universal refills or the ink converter. We made a special video to explain the refilling process

3. The pen writes too thick or too thin, what can I do?

Roxi nibs come in 3 thicknesses: medium (M), fine (F) or extra fine (EF) and can be ordered separately with the grip to make changing them very easy. Watch a video with the 3 writing modes here:

4. How much does it cost to repair an ornament?

If the pen is within the first 12 months of purchase, the repair is free, only the round-trip shipping is paid. After the first 12 months, the repair price depends on the complexity. Example 20 lei for a flower up to 100 lei for the restoration of a character.

5. I dropped the pen in the fountain pen and it doesn't write anymore
