Choose engraving and give a personalized pen to your loved ones with a name, date or message.
The pen has a painted stainless steel body and cap.
The nib is made of stainless steel, with an iridium tip.
The pen comes with a two-tone F (thin) nib.
Ink filling method: either from the inkwell (using the converter that is already included), or with universal cartridges, long or short. (find them on our website in the section: Refills and nibs)
The pens are delivered with a silver M (medium) nib and an ink tank (converter) included. Optionally, you can purchase EF (extra fine writing), F (fine writing) or M (gold and silver color) nibs separately. The nibs can be found on the Accessories page. The rollerballs are delivered with a 0,7 (medium writing) blue nib. Optionally, separate refills (black or blue color) can be purchased.
Writing instruments can be engraved with any characters, without emoticons. On each instrument we will engrave the desired text in the accessible place depending on the model. To personalize an instrument, the "Instrument engraving" option must be checked, and a maximum of 20 characters must be filled in. For customizations longer than 20 characters, changing the color of the instrument, or other requirements, please leave us a message in the "order notes" field on the order completion page. You will be contacted by a consultant to confirm the requested changes.
Products are shipped between 1 and 5 business days. In the very rare case that we exceed 5 days from placing the order, we will contact you personally to inform you of this detail. We reserve the right to refuse certain orders or to request payment in advance or in full for certain personalized orders. Please take into account the busy gift periods in which we recommend that you place your orders as early as possible to avoid possible courier delays. If there are special preferences regarding the date, time or location of delivery, please leave us a message in the "order notes" field on the order completion page. Products can also be shipped internationally via DHL.
Any writing instrument purchased online or from partner stores benefits from a 1-year warranty for any problem, regardless of the reason. Any repair is carried out free of charge, the customer will only bear the costs of round-trip transportation of the writing instrument. Writing instruments can be exchanged free of charge within 14 days of purchase. After 12 months from purchase, writing instruments can be repaired for a fee. Engraved instruments or special orders cannot be exchanged.

Beautifully crafted, but the pen is of poorer quality than other brands on the market. The engraving should also include both names of the person in question. I requested this for a fee and was told that it was unsightly. Elsewhere, for two extra letters, I have not received a refusal. Each with its own policy!

Thank you for the feedback! We believe that our premium miniature pens do not look aesthetically pleasing with an engraving longer than 21 characters. Why? Because a pen is a fine, precious, delicate object. It is normal that there are companies that engrave pens with large letters and many characters, but this is not our goal. Regarding the nib, it should write flawlessly, because it is tested before being sent. If it is not to your liking, you can request a pen with thicker or thinner writing 🙂
