The pen is equipped with an M (medium) nib, best suited for everyday writing.
The ink charging method comes in two variants:
– either from the inkwell, using the converter that is included in the pen
– either with universal patterns (long or short)
The pens are delivered with a silver M (medium) nib and an ink tank (converter) included. Optionally, you can purchase EF (extra fine writing), F (fine writing) or M (gold and silver color) nibs separately. The nibs can be found on the Accessories page. The rollerballs are delivered with a 0,7 (medium writing) blue nib. Optionally, separate refills (black or blue color) can be purchased.
Writing instruments can be engraved with any characters, without emoticons. On each instrument we will engrave the desired text in the accessible place depending on the model. To personalize an instrument, the "Instrument engraving" option must be checked, and a maximum of 20 characters must be filled in. For customizations longer than 20 characters, changing the color of the instrument, or other requirements, please leave us a message in the "order notes" field on the order completion page. You will be contacted by a consultant to confirm the requested changes.
Products are shipped between 1 and 5 business days. In the very rare case that we exceed 5 days from placing the order, we will contact you personally to inform you of this detail. We reserve the right to refuse certain orders or to request payment in advance or in full for certain personalized orders. Please take into account the busy gift periods in which we recommend that you place your orders as early as possible to avoid possible courier delays. If there are special preferences regarding the date, time or location of delivery, please leave us a message in the "order notes" field on the order completion page. Products can also be shipped internationally via DHL.
Any writing instrument purchased online or from partner stores benefits from a 1-year warranty for any problem, regardless of the reason. Any repair is carried out free of charge, the customer will only bear the costs of round-trip transportation of the writing instrument. Writing instruments can be exchanged free of charge within 14 days of purchase. After 12 months from purchase, writing instruments can be repaired for a fee. Engraved instruments or special orders cannot be exchanged.
